applications for the 2023 Cadet Learnership Programme. This is a Youth Development Empowerment initiative that supports
the National Development Plan\u2019s idea of formalized recruitment schemes that through theoretical training and experiential
learning, afford unemployed youth of South Africa the opportunity to gain skills, knowledge and experience whilst at the same
time, positioning themselves for active and meaningful participation in the labour market. The Cadet Learnership Programme
compromises of both theoretical and practical components aimed at training on the National Certificate: Home Affairs Services
which exposes learners to the core business of the Department (Civic Services and Immigration Services). Preference will be
given to youth who reside within close proximity of the office where the post is based.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Service Department or Government website (www.dpsa.gov.za), accompanied by a Comprehensive CV as well as certified
copies of the applicant\u2019s Grade 12 certificate and Identification Document; Should an applicant be in possession of a foreign
qualification, it must be accompanied by an evaluation Certificate obtained from SAQA. Successful candidates will be
subjected to pre-employment screening and security checks. Learners who previously participated in a Public Service
Learnership Programme will not be considered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
