Trails Guide
Firearm competency Previous experience in a Big 5 reserve and 5 star lodge necessary
Minimum 3 years\u2019 experience in a Big 5 reserve
Experience in wildlife photography will be an advantage

Strong leadership capabilities
Positive attitude and approach toward team work
Hands on approach towards the guest experience
Ability take initiative and problem solve

Meticulous in all aspects of Managing the Guiding Department
Managing, Overseeing and Disciplining Staff in the Guiding Department
Staff training and development
Assisting the marketing manager to get content for social media
All administrative duties pertaining to the Guiding Department
Overseeing and Management of the Portfolio\u2019s Fleet
Allocation of rangers and trackers to daily game drives
Daily Game Drives & Bush walks
Hosting Duties
Allocation of Airport Transfers Guest Activity and Airport Transfers \u00b7 Little paws program
Assistance around the lodge in other departments if needed
Photographic safaris
Reporting to Group Operations Manager(s) and Head Office<\/p>\n\n\n\n
