Duties & Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ensure work schedules\/job cards are in place for each position and relevant to site<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ensure consistently high service standards are maintained for all services in scope with regular inspections.        <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ensure that staff are correctly and smartly dressed displaying a name badge. Highlight to sites the importance of upholding the company image at all times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ensure that cleaning methodology are strictly adhered to in line with company policies, quality programmes and legislation<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Managing company assets by performing monthly spot checks on high value items. When checking assets ensure that equipment is kept in a good condition and repaired and serviced when required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do daily checks and follow-ups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Report maintenance and safety concerns to the manager on a day to day basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maintain personal health, hygiene and professional appearance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To maintain a high standard of morale and motivation through good communication skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

May be required to assist with any other duties that may be outside scope of responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Skills and Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in a similar environment preferably in the cleaning industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Must have experience in health and safety standards and management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Must have experience within the healthcare industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

People Management Skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Able to work independently and under pressure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Able to work long hours, after hours and some weekends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ability to communicate, motivate, develop and coach staff at all levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Good communication skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Good stakeholder management skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Grade 12\/Matric.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Relevant tertiary qualification related to management would be highly advantageous. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
