If you have a keen interest in sales and customer service and are looking to grow your career in the insurance industry, then this opportunity is for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n This Learnership programme aims to give youth an opportunity to gain workplace experience within the insurance industry. Through this learnership, Learners will have the opportunity obtain a Wealth Management NQF level 4 qualification and to work closely with and gain knowledge from experts in the insurance industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Grade 12 or an equivalent NQF4 qualification<\/p>\n\n\n\n Aged between 18 and 35<\/p>\n\n\n\n South African citizen by birth<\/p>\n\n\n\n Unemployed <\/p>\n\n\n\n Belonging to a previously disadvantaged group<\/p>\n\n\n\n People living with disabilities are encouraged to apply<\/p>\n\n\n\n Duties & Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Complete all theoratical learning assessments <\/p>\n\n\n\n Timeously complete all administrative and reporting duties related to the role<\/p>\n\n\n\n Collate, compile and distribute documents to the required standards within defined time-frames<\/p>\n\n\n\n Attend to all queries in a professional manner in order to provide an excellent client experience and ensuring client service level agreements are met and exceeded<\/p>\n\n\n\n Screen and route all queries received to appropriate stakeholders and assitst in the resolution of client queries <\/p>\n\n\n\n Maintain the relevant office housekeeping standards<\/p>\n\n\n\n Escalate faults\/errors on applications to Line Manager <\/p>\n\n\n\n Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Attention to detail with good planning and time management skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n Numerical reasoning ability and analytical skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n Fluent verbal and written communication and comprehension in english<\/p>\n\n\n\n Stakeholder engagement and relationship management<\/p>\n\n\n\n Computer literacy<\/p>\n\n\n\n
