{"id":291,"date":"2023-09-29T10:40:45","date_gmt":"2023-09-29T10:40:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobsite.creativemindz.co.za\/?p=291"},"modified":"2023-09-29T10:40:47","modified_gmt":"2023-09-29T10:40:47","slug":"x5-general-workers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jobsite.creativemindz.co.za\/index.php\/2023\/09\/29\/x5-general-workers\/","title":{"rendered":"X5 General Workers"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/motusparts.simplify.hr\/\"><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><a href=\"https:\/\/motusparts.simplify.hr\/\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.simplify.hr\/img\/6b\/c5\/6b459187-01c4-49db-9e07-d12531b508c5.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"Motus Aftermarket Parts\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>X5 General Workers<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Motus Aftermarket Parts<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Krugersdorp, Gauteng<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Permanent<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Posted\u00a0<strong>25 September 2023<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; Closing Date\u00a0<strong>29 September 2023<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>MAP Retail&nbsp;<\/strong>is searching for X5&nbsp;<strong>General Workers&nbsp;<\/strong>to join the team in&nbsp;<strong>Krugersdorp.<\/strong>&nbsp;The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and tidy working environment at all times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Requirements:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Matric<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Previous experience in a corporate environment will be advantageous<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be able to read, write and speak fluently in English<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be able to complete order forms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must have basic numerical skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>High level of integrity: Ability to keep matters confidential will be crucial<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organizational and time management skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Can work under pressure and meet deadlines<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Able to work independently<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good grooming and presentation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good interpersonal skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Basic business \/ Office etiquette<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clear criminal record<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Key Performance Indicators will include, but not limited to;<br><br><\/u><\/strong><strong>Binning<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensure the binning of incoming merchandise and the replenishment of inventory from bulk to pick locations is performed as per standard operating procedures and requirements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure new products are allocated with bin location numbers in the correct warehouse area<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure bins are updated and stock allocated to new bin locations are reported to you superior and updated<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in replenishment functions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure all incoming goods are received and checked as per company standards<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Picking<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensure picking of customer and branch orders are being picked timorously to meet order cut off times<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure picking from bulk locations are only done as alternative bin when stock is depleted and not replenished in the picking phase or when picking bulk orders to prevent the breakage of pack sizes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Carry out all reasonable and lawful instruction relating to work given to you by your superior<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow all relevant procedures to increase efficient customer satisfaction<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in stock take procedures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure housekeeping is done daily<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure double checks are done to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and to prevent loss of inventory<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure set standard operational targets are achieved consistently<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;Scanner Control<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Issue scanners to all operators daily.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Book out scanners on the electronic app.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Receive scanners back from operators, inspect scanner for damage and book back into stock on the electronic app.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Report any damage to the supervisor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete the daily scanner issue spreadsheet<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Equity Statement<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>At Motus we are committed to Employment Equity when recruiting internally and externally.
