Recruitment Process<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Step 1<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Application for Position on Website<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your application will be evaluated and you will be invited for an official interview and testing phase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Recruitment Day<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You need to submit a copy of the first page of your ID book, CV, proof of residence, personal bank account details (provide bank statement or letter from bank).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 3<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Recruitment Testing<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will be required to write a literacy and numeracy proficiency test in order to proceed to the next step.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 4<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Interview<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will conduct an interview with the relevant manager at the recruitment site, once you have passed step 1,2 and 3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 5<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Criminal Check<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Upon conclusion of your interview you will agree on a consent form that GP Retail Operations is permitted to run a criminal check on you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 6<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Contracting<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It will take 48 hours to process your criminal check application. After this you will be invited to complete your contract at a specified venue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
